The official price of the project is not disclosed, base on the Government Land Sales (GLS programme) on July 2019. UOL Venture Investments and UIC Homes submitted the top bid of S$491.3 million. With its land plot of 178,064 sqft, this translates to a price of $788 psf per plot ratio (ppr). Analyst estimated the new development to be in the range of $1,400 psf to $1,500 psf.
