Martin Modern is situated at the corner of River Valley and Martin Place which is right in the prime district very near to Orchard. The exact address of this site is 35 Martin Place, Singapore. The project is being developed by one of the renowned property guru Guocoland. The site was highly desirable and drew more than 13 bids when it was placed for state tender by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). Guocoland won the bid for this site and now has been leased for 99-years.
